These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkrvlp platform, including all sports betting, casino, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using pkrvlp, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkrvlp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing pkrvlp, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. pkrvlp is strictly an 18+ platform. Registration and use of the Platform are permitted only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration. pkrvlp conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations. pkrvlp does not knowingly accept registrations from minors.
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pkrvlp. Providing false date-of-birth information at registration constitutes fraud and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on pkrvlp. Multiple accounts per person — whether registered under the same or different name, email address, device, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. pkrvlp employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited without notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players are required to provide a valid email address, a verified Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details consistent with their government-issued identification document (CNIC or passport). pkrvlp reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using pkrvlp is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. pkrvlp makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited must not register or use pkrvlp. pkrvlp bears no liability for any legal consequence arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their pkrvlp Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkrvlp will never ask a Player for their password via any communication channel — any request for your password purportedly from pkrvlp should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Players must notify pkrvlp immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to or misuse of their Account. pkrvlp accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. All activity occurring under a registered Account is deemed to have been conducted by the Account holder unless pkrvlp has been notified of a security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.
pkrvlp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all registered accounts. Two-factor authentication provides a secondary verification layer that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, particularly for accounts holding PKR balances linked to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank payment methods.
pkrvlp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Skrill. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player's selected method operates in an alternative currency, in which case conversion applies at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account, wallet, or card belonging to another individual — are prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being flagged for review. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to KYC verification. pkrvlp requires full KYC completion — including submission of a valid CNIC or passport — before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC documents must be submitted via the account portal. pkrvlp reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations at any stage. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are indicative only; pkrvlp does not guarantee same-day processing.
pkrvlp operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering principles. pkrvlp reserves the right to delay, freeze, or refuse any transaction that raises AML concerns, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Players must not use pkrvlp for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose. Any Account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and all relevant information may be shared with law enforcement agencies.
All bets placed on pkrvlp are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. General betting rules applicable across all markets include the following:

pkrvlp may from time to time offer Bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the Bonus is offered, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on Bonus-derived winnings.
Players may only participate in each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns with other players, or exploiting technical errors to obtain Bonuses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Bonuses and winnings being voided and the Account being closed.
pkrvlp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Players should review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
Note: pkrvlp employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activity may be closed without prior notice, and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided.
All content on the pkrvlp platform — including but not limited to the pkrvlp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pkrvlp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pkrvlp without prior written authorisation. Scraping odds data, betting market information, or any other data from the pkrvlp platform using automated means is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the preceding thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrvlp shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform; (d) any service interruption, technical fault, or loss of access attributable to circumstances beyond pkrvlp's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkrvlp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkrvlp's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, if pkrvlp determines in its sole discretion that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's Account is subject to a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement request; (c) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to pkrvlp or other Players.
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, pkrvlp reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all Bonuses, and retain Account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where Account closure is initiated by pkrvlp for reasons other than Player breach, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following KYC verification.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting pkrvlp support. Voluntary Account closures will result in the return of any positive balance after pending bets are settled, provided KYC is complete.
pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of pkrvlp following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and close their Account before the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms displaying the most recent effective date is the version currently in force. Prior versions may be made available upon written request to [email protected].
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with the pkrvlp Platform shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvlp is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute between a Player and pkrvlp that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
pkrvlp operates internationally and serves Players in multiple jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including any applicable gambling regulations or restrictions. The availability of pkrvlp services in a given country or territory does not constitute a representation by pkrvlp that such access is lawful under that jurisdiction's laws.

Each individual may hold one registered pkrvlp Account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email or payment method used — are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
